At Olive Dreams, every product is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered (wrong product, size, or colour)
- Defective or damaged product received
- Poor print quality

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue sent to olivedreamscare@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items
- Size exchanges are not accepted (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Used, washed, or altered items are not eligible

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For replacements, a new order will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible
